IPads, GoNoodle, Clipboard Quizzes, and Trying New Foods

IPads - We have begun using IPads in the classroom each week. I have had taught the kids how to use a few different apps.

GoNoodle - GoNoodle is an online source for kids to get their wiggles out (or at least some of them). Your child may talk about this at home.

Clipboard Quizzes - As a way to informally assess, I will occasionally ask the kids to find a place to sit in the classroom away from their neighbors where they can take a "quiz". This helps me to find out how well they can remember things we have been learning.

Foods - As Thanksgiving approaches we are learning about foods. We are even sampling some foods that the kids might see during Thanksgiving.
