Learning to Serve

We attend Mass every Monday and Friday. While at Mass the kids are learning how to participate with the help of a few 8th graders that sit with us each time and through the instruction of Sister Gemma during religion.

Attendance at Mass at St. Joseph school is an important part of what we do. Hopefully you will notice your child participating in the Mass when you attend as a family.

This past week a few students had the opportunity to serve during Mass by taking up the gifts for Communion. Every Kindergarten student will do this a few times throughout the school year. I will do my best to send you a note when your child is on the schedule for the first time.
