Kindergartners Hard at Work

This week we have been learning the actions and sounds for each letter of the alphabet using our Zoophonics program. Many of the kids are beginning to remember the sounds that each letter makes. The action seems to really help out. In the past I have taught one letter sound a day.

On Wednesday we began learning about the Primary Colors - Red, Yellow, and Blue. On Thursday we did an art project creating Primary Color People.

In math we have been working with pattern blocks and bears - learning new shape names, counting, and colors.
